iWatch App: ASL+

The SmartWatch ASL Communication App is an innovative solution designed to facilitate communication between individuals who are hearing impaired and those who are not, with a focus on use during emergency situations.

This project aims to develop a prototype smart watch application that enables users to communicate using American Sign Language (ASL) alphabet and keywords, thus bridging the communication gap and providing a reliable means of conveying essential information during critical moments.

Project Goals:
Emergency Communication: Enable individuals who are hearing impaired to communicate effectively with hearing individuals during emergencies, such as accidents, medical incidents, or natural disasters.
